Project Role Description : Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Summary:

As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The day includes identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the organization s processes are optimized and effectively supported by technology.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of business needs and technical requirements.
  • Support the development and implementation of business process improvements by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with process modeling and workflow design to support system integration and optimization.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
