We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for digital solutions to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with members of the different Operations teams to gather and document business requirements for data analysis, reporting and potential system improvements.
- Work closely with the April IT teams in both Hong Kong and France to
- Refine and enhance the data model in Snowflake to align with business needs.
- Design, track and ensure the deployment of IT development requests via JIRA
- Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards in QlikSense, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into understandable and actionable business insights for non-technical team members.
- Work closely with the COO on documenting, streamlining and automating (where possible) the Data Exchange processes for each of our Insurers and Fronting Partners.
- Support the Operations managers in conducting regular reviews and updates of business processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to users on new reports and dashboards.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data modelling principles and experience with Snowflake.
- Proficiency in QlikSense or similar BI tools for creating reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience in account management, particularly in medical or health-related fields, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
