JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Product Strategy & Vision
· Define and clearly communicate the product vision and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscape.
· Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects strategic priorities and evolving market conditions.
2. Backlog Management & Prioritization
· Own and manage the product backlog by writing clear, concise, and actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
· Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
· Ensure backlog is groomed and ready for development cycles (sprints).
3. Agile Development & Collaboration
· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
· Work closely with Scrum teams to ensure requirements are understood and translated into deliverable solutions.
· Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support teams to drive seamless product delivery.
· Continuously gather and integrate feedback from end users, internal teams, and external stakeholders to enhance the product experience.
5. Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement
· Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success.
· Leverage analytics, customer feedback, and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement.
· Drive iterative enhancements and product optimizations based on data insights and changing market needs.
REQUIREMENT
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
● More than 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within Agile teams.
● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and product development life cycle.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
● Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.
● Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex product initiatives.
● Knowledge of UX/UI principles and user-centered design is a plus
