Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and APIs.
- Build and maintain data dashboards and reports to track of key performance metrics and report directly to company's executives.
- Develop and maintain insightful reports and presentations for partners and clients.
- Identify and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain data points to identify product key metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Consulting, Sales, Marketing, or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication with storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high professionalism.
- Passionately curious about data, insight, and its implication in what-if scenarios.
- Proficient with Office tools: Excel Spreadsheet, PowerPoint or Google Slide.
- Presentation skills with courage to speak and asking questions.
- Important: demonstration of growth mindset and passionate for career & self-improvement.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) would a big plus
- Knowledge and experience of ERP (Microsoft Business Central 365 would be a plus)
- Experience working in retail industry
