Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop software house related with ERP/CRM/HRIS/Self Service.
• Provide IT consultant service, ensure operational sustainability of ERP/CRM/HRIS system and applications.
• Resolve ERP/CRM/HRMS issues/change raised, or support required by users to be able to utilize ERP/CRM/HRMS application in their operation.
• Ensure application support process and procedure are followed and comply with defined service level agreement.
• Work closely with other integrated applications to resolve application issues.
• Write document example functional specifications, test specification, user guide, etc.
• Take ownership in all matters related to the company ERP/CRM/HRIS System
• Initiate new way of working to improve application support.

Qualification

• At least 3-5 years experience in business analysis, business support or project implementation
• Working knowledge and experience in operating and continuously supporting ERP/CRM/HRMS and desktop application as well as application development
• Experience in functional implementation and support of (Software House or ERP or CRM or HRIS) would be an advantage.
• Business and user focus when driving IT solution.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
