The Business Analyst / Resident Engineer will be responsible for leading and supporting internal and external projects by defining and documenting business processes, decision strategies, and configuring solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, client engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
What We're Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (junior-mid level).
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and business process modeling.
- Proven ability to lead client-facing projects and manage stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor, while coordinating with a small team.
- Experience in financial services, credit risk, or digital transformation projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with credit processes and decisioning solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (Master's a plus).
