Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and design insurance claims processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from relevant departments and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications.
  • Design the Business Process Flow and User Journey for the claims management system.
  • Coordinate with the IT development team to ensure that the claims system meets business needs.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify system accuracy before go-live.
  • Identify and resolve issues within the claims process and propose improvement solutions.
  • Prepare project progress reports and present them to management.
  • Collaborate with claims teams, legal departments, and other relevant units to optimize workflow processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to system users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Insurance, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Business Analysis within the insurance industry (experience in claims processes is preferred).
  • Strong understanding of both Motor and Non-Motor Insurance claims processes.
  • Excellent analytical, solution design, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical (IT) and business teams.
  • Experience working with Core Insurance Systems, Claim Management Systems, or Policy Administration Systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in business process design tools such as BPMN, Visio, or Figma.
  • Strong project management skills andthe ability to work under pressure.
