If you want to be challenged and advance quickly, while making positive impacts, join us. We are expanding and looking for a Finance & Account Manager to shape the future of mobility from a financial perspective.

We are looking for a manager who can drive our business through finance, with a great understanding of technology and how to leverage it. Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Drive our mobility business through financial perspective, actively engage with business, operation, product teams to identify potentials as well as area for improvements
• Eager to lead Finance & Accounting initiatives by integrating AI technology and optimizing processes through the use of AI tools.
• Manage full accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial data
• Prepare financial statements, supporting schedules, and ensure readiness for audit, while coordinating with external auditors and advisors
• Oversee AR, AP, GL, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions, ensuring proper reconciliation and clean accounting records
• Ensure compliance with Thai tax and regulatory requirements, including VAT, WHT, CIT filings, and relevant documentation
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including scenario analysis, and ensure alignment with company strategy including oversees the budget and expense control in line with company's strategy and growth
• Manage company cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization (AR collection and AP planning)
• Develop and monitor profitability analysis (by business unit / project) and provide actionable recommendations to improve margins
• Prepare and deliver management reports (e.g., P&L, cash flow, business unit performance) with clear insights to support decision-making
• Perform accounting & financial management activities such as producing financial data, creating and submitting reports, to bring everyone on the same page to drive the business. Researching industry trends, and evaluating the company's financial health
• Prepare us for public offering, Strengthen accounting standards and processes in compliance with TFRS / IFRS, and support audit readiness and IPO preparation
• Establish and improve internal controls, financial governance, and risk management frameworks
• Involvement in asset management processes including property/asset reporting processes and ongoing performance analysis of operating assets.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to the Leadership and Management Team. Propose financial management suitable for the company at different stages
• Establish and develop relations with the management team, internal/external partners, and stakeholders (e.g. management, auditors, banks, strategic partners etc.)
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Advise long-term business and financial planning and tools to ensure sustainable growth
• Establish and improve finance and accounting processes, internal controls, and SOPs to ensure efficiency and scalability
• Improve data quality, reporting structure, and develop tools or dashboards to support financial visibility and operations
• Stay updated on financial, accounting, and regulatory developments, and ensure alignment with business needs
• Provide clear direction, manage, coach, grow the Accounting & Finance team (from Managers to fresh graduates )
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Finance / Accounting, preferably in startup or high-growth environment
• Solid knowledge of TFRS / IFRS, financial reporting, tax, and internal controls
• Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, and business partnering
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Experience in process improvement or system implementation
• Exposure to IPO readiness / fundraising / audit is a strong plus
• Leadership & management experience: ability to coach, train our talented Accounting & Finance team
• Related working experience working in small business or start-up with the ability to bring us to public offering, high attention to detail, well-organized, with a sense of urgency
• Successfully lead cross-functional projects and process improvement between the Accounting & Finance and other departments
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written in English and Thai, to engage with staff at all levels of the organization
