Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Business Analyst Lead in the Insurance Business division. The role involves leading business analysis activities, gathering and documenting business requirements, refining business processes, analyzing data to identify solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Business Analyst Lead will guide the team in effectively delivering projects and supporting decision-making.
Responsibilities;
- Analyze client operations, workflows, and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into specific software requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
- Support to initiate, develop and enhance the systems and tools to handle the changing business requirements
- Assist in project management by monitoring project progress and addressing any issues.
- Support the implementation of new business processes or changes to existing ones.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant analysis tools and methodologies
- Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams
