Translate business goals into actionable solutions
Convert objectives such as growth, margin improvement, availability, and wastage reduction into clear functional requirements, measurable KPIs, and system changes across eCommerce and supply chain systems.
Lead requirement discovery and solution shaping
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to unpack vague problem statements, define scope, and create:
- User stories with clear acceptance criteria
- End‑to‑end process flows (AS‑IS / TO‑BE)
- Functional solution approaches aligned with system capabilities
Drive cross‑functional alignment
Act as the bridge between business, product, engineering, and operations, ensuring:
- Requirements are well understood and agreed
- Trade‑offs are clearly communicated
- Dependencies across systems (OMS, PIM, ERP, etc.) are managed
Own delivery readiness and execution support
Work closely with Agile teams to:
- Refine and prioritize backlog
- Support sprint planning and clarifications
- Ensure UAT is well‑prepared, business‑ready, and outcome‑focused (not just test case execution)
Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems
Challenge unclear or conflicting requirements and drive:
- Clear problem statements
- Defined scope and priorities
- Practical, implementable solutions (not theoretical designs)
Drive efficiency and platform thinking
Identify opportunities to:
- Reuse existing capabilities instead of rebuilding
- Standardize processes across business units
- Reduce duplication, manual effort, and system fragmentation
Preferred Exposure
- B2C (customer‑facing eCommerce) and B2B (supplier/vendor platforms)
- Understanding of end‑to‑end business impact
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years in Business Analysis / Product roles
- Experience in eCommerce / retail / grocery / marketplace platforms
- Strong problem‑solving and stakeholder management
- Ability to define clear, actionable requirements
- Experience in Agile environments
- OMS, ERP, integrations, marketplace platforms
- Certifications: CBAP / PMI‑PBA / CSPO / SAFe
