Job Description

Responsibilities;

  • Lead and manage the Business Analyst team to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements and solution specifications.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Support project planning, timeline management, and project execution in alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, workflows, user stories, and system processes.
  • Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts to enhance team capability and performance.

Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • At least 7–10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management or leading Business Analyst teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Proficient in using task tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
