Responsibilities;
- Lead and manage the Business Analyst team to ensure the successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements and solution specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Support project planning, timeline management, and project execution in alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, workflows, user stories, and system processes.
- Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts to enhance team capability and performance.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 7–10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team management or leading Business Analyst teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficient in using task tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
