What You'll Do:
- Study, analyze, and gather business requirements from users and stakeholders
- Translate business needs into clear and structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS)
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and shared understanding of solutions
- Analyze existing business processes and design improved or new workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Create use cases, process flows, diagrams, wireframes to illustrate system functionality and user journeys
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements
- Prepare reports, insights, or analytical summaries to support management decision-making and project governance
About You:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum Sprint-based environments
- Familiarity with analysis and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Miro, Jira, Confluence, etc.), or BI tools
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Developers, Testers, Project Managers, and Product Owner
- Experience in Supply Chain domains such as Logistics, Delivery, Warehousing, or Inventory Management is a plus
