Business Analyst

NovusAI is hiring a Business Analyst to support documentation, project coordination, client communication, research, ticket management, and delivery operations across AI, data, and cloud projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is professional, highly organized, strong in communication, and comfortable working closely with clients, engineers, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, business needs, and pain points

• Create clear client pain-point documents, requirement documents, BRDs, meeting notes, process flows, and delivery reports

• Coordinate with engineers, data teams, leadership, and clients to keep projects moving

• Manage tasks, tickets, timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables

• Support client meetings by preparing agendas, notes, action items, and next steps

• Conduct product, company, competitor, and market research

• Help translate business problems into clear technical and project requirements

• Track project progress and proactively flag blockers, risks, or missing information

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, Product Analyst, or similar role preferred

• Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication, documentation, research, and ownership skills

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Strong documentation and presentation skills

• Ability to understand client needs and structure them clearly for technical teams

• Familiarity with engineering architectures, AI tools, cloud services, SaaS products, and software delivery processes

• Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools

• Strong research mindset and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Good to have:

• Exposure to AI, data science, LLMs, automation, or cloud-based projects

• Experience working with technical teams

• Experience creating client proposals, SOWs, or product requirement documents

• Understanding of Azure, DevOps workflows, APIs, dashboards, or enterprise software systems
