We're seeking a Business Developer to expand our affiliate ecosystem by acquiring, onboarding, and activating new partners. This role combines partner acquisition, relationship building, and content-driven activation.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including individuals and agencies
- Conduct outreach through calls, networking, and events
- Negotiate partnership terms and manage contract execution
- Lead onboarding sessions and provide training and materials
Partner Engagement & Community Management
- Maintain active communication with partners via chat platforms
- Serve as the main support contact for newly onboarded affiliates
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to drive partner success
Content Strategy & Activation
- Create and share educational content, best practices, and product insights
- Design campaigns to increase partner engagement and sales
- Prepare ready-to-use marketing assets (images, videos, posts) for partners
- Track content performance and optimize based on results
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, or B2B Sales
- Proven experience recruiting and managing strategic partners
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using performance dashboards
- Experience creating basic educational or promotional content is a plus
