Job Description

We're seeking a Business Developer to expand our affiliate ecosystem by acquiring, onboarding, and activating new partners. This role combines partner acquisition, relationship building, and content-driven activation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, including individuals and agencies
  • Conduct outreach through calls, networking, and events
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage contract execution
  • Lead onboarding sessions and provide training and materials

Partner Engagement & Community Management

  • Maintain active communication with partners via chat platforms
  • Serve as the main support contact for newly onboarded affiliates
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback to drive partner success

Content Strategy & Activation

  • Create and share educational content, best practices, and product insights
  • Design campaigns to increase partner engagement and sales
  • Prepare ready-to-use marketing assets (images, videos, posts) for partners
  • Track content performance and optimize based on results

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Affiliate Marketing, or B2B Sales
  • Proven experience recruiting and managing strategic partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance dashboards
  • Experience creating basic educational or promotional content is a plus
