Business Developer Thailand

Role Purpose

The Business Development to support the growth of Cimbali Group brands in the Thailand Area. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with local partners, and expanding the presence of our professional coffee machines in key segments such as cafs, restaurants, and hospitality.

Duties

• Develop and execute the business development strategy for the Thailand area market.
• Build and manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers.
• Support the expansion of the professional coffee machine business across Ho.Re.Ca. and specialty coffee channels.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Work closely with HQ teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure effective market development.
• Provide commercial and product support to local partners.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the coffee, Ho.Re.Ca., or equipment sectors.
• Knowledge of the coffee industry or food service market is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in an international environment.
• Strategic mindset, analytical approach and results orientation.
• Fluency in English and Thai - additional are a plus.
