Responsibilities
1. Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategies.
2. Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
3. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition,Writing business proposals.
4. Drafting and reviewing contracts.
5. Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
6. Discovers and explores business opportunities.
7. Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
Requirements
1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, preferred 10 years working experience in the payment card industry.
2. Having in-depth payment card business (both traditional and innovative) market knowledge.
3. Proven ability to negotiate
4. High-level communication skills
5. Experience working to and exceeding targets
6. Good business sense
7. Communication and negotiation skills
8. Ability to build rapport
9. Time management and planning skills
