Job Description

The ideal candidate directly reports to the CEO and work collaboratively on the initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities through various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights and recommendations to drive business strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value of RAVIPA's products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, client interactions, and business development activities. Provide regular updates to management on progress and results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a robust network of contacts and possess comprehensive knowledge of the retail environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, complemented by leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with enthusiasm and impact.
  • Results-driven with a consistent record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
  • Adaptability to evolving market conditions and a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is regarded as beneficial.
