We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Bangkok Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our overall strategy. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential partners, negotiating, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for managing existing partnerships and identifying ways to drive growth and maximize value.

Role & Responsibility

• Research and analyze market trends, identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with our overall strategy
• Negotiate and close deals with new partners
• Manage existing partnerships and identify ways to drive growth and maximize value
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners, subject matter experts, regulators, and internal teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business development and partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Strong experience in business development and partnerships, with a track record of identifying and closing deals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong strategic mindset, passion to win, and ability to think creatively
• Proficiency in English and Thai, both verbally and in writing
• Bonus experience: knowledge of the financial industry
