JOB SUMMARY

As a Business Development Associate, you will support the growth of strategic projects and commercial initiatives across the organization. This role involves market research, opportunity assessment, and coordination with internal teams to drive execution and delivery. You'll help identify new business opportunities, support go-to-market efforts, and assist in monitoring key performance metrics. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support go-to-market (GTM) planning, marketing campaigns, and commercial rollout of new products or services
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight studies to inform business development strategy
  • Assist in crafting and refining pricing models based on market benchmarks and profitability goals
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to define and execute customer journeys and value propositions
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, sales presentations, and client proposals that align with business objectives
  • Participate in solution development from ideation to launch, ensuring custom fit for client needs
  • Lead the preparation of project proposals, ensuring they are competitive and meet client expectations
  • Support the formulation and tracking of project strategies, including scope, timeline, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with external partners or vendors to evaluate and integrate external technologies or solutions
  • Contribute to the financial planning of projects by tracking pricing, margin, and ROI performance
  • Prepare status updates and support internal communications to ensure project alignment across teams
  • Perform other related duties as required

KEY MEASUREMENTS

  • Proposal Effectiveness: Number of proposals submitted and win rate (%)
  • Lead Conversion: Number of qualified leads generated and conversion to opportunities
  • GTM Execution: Number of go-to-market campaigns supported and time-to-launch metrics
  • Market Insight Contribution: Number of market or competitor analyses delivered and their usage in decision-making
  • Pricing & Financial Input: Accuracy and adoption rate of pricing models or financial projections supported
  • Project Delivery Support: On-time completion of deliverables and internal stakeholder satisfaction

JOB SPECIFICATION

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • 13 years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, or related roles
  • Experience in supporting go-to-market execution, proposal development, or cross-functional coordination is a plus
  • Exposure to B2B technology, digital platforms, or innovation-driven projects is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills required
