Business Development - Heath and Longevity Background : Staygold

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand StayGold's market presence in the longevity and biohacking space.
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for the Supplement Product Roadmap, turning R&D innovations into profitable business accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Lead the plan to bring new products to market and turn them into successful business accounts.
  • Use AI-driven data and scientific research to pitch new ingredients and formulas to high-value partners and distributors.
  • Develop high-impact Scientific Decks and technical materials to win pitch meetings and educate corporate partners.
  • Act as the primary technical representative for StayGold in public forums and networking events to build brand credibility and attract new leads.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, emails, and webinars that helps build the brand and attract new business clients.

To ensure this role delivers measurable impact to StayGold's growth, the following responsibilities are included:

1. Revenue Ownership & Commercial Performance

  • Own and be accountable for key commercial KPIs, including:
  • Partner-generated revenue
  • Deal conversion rate
  • Product margin and commercial viability
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure partnerships translate into sustainable revenue growth.

2. Partner Tiering & Strategic Account Management

  • Design and manage a structured Partner Tiering System (e.g. Strategic, Growth, Tactical partners).
  • Define clear expectations, incentives, and success metrics for each partner tier.
  • Continuously evaluate partner performance and optimize collaboration models.

3. Partner Feedback Loop to Product & R&D

  • Systematically collect insights, objections, and market feedback from partners.
  • Translate partner insights into actionable input for Product Owner, R&D, and internal teams.
  • Support product refinement and roadmap prioritization based on real market demand.

4. Regional Expansion & SEA Readiness

  • Contribute to the development of a Business Development playbook for Southeast Asia.
  • Support preparation for regional expansion, particularly with clinics, wellness hubs, and longevity partners.
  • Identify scalable partnership models that can be replicated across multiple markets.

Qualifications

  • Open to all degrees; however, a degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related field is a plus.
  • Passionate about longevity, biohacking, and staying updated on wellness trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai/English. Ability to simplify complex technical instructions for users.
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets to track KPIs and generate reports.
  • A can-do attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling user complaints or technical issues.
