Job Overview
Ripples Commerce is seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to support the growth of our full-service e-commerce and social commerce solutions.
This role will work closely with the company's co-founders and leadership team to develop strategic proposals, drive client partnerships, and execute integrated go-to-market strategies across multiple business units.
The ideal candidate is a proactive builder with strong commercial acumen, capable of navigating ambiguity, building relationships, and delivering impactful business outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with co-founders and leadership to understand and position Ripples end-to-end service offerings
- Lead the development of business plans, pitch decks, and proposals tailored to brand partners
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on e-commerce and social commerce strategies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across key business units (e.g., Marketing Communication, Creator Management, eCommerce Operations, Live Studio) to deliver integrated campaigns and execution plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to refine strategies and uncover new growth opportunities
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, consulting, commercial strategy, or startup environments (for Senior Associate)
- Fresh graduates with strong academic performance, leadership experience, and demonstrated potential are welcome to apply (for Associate level)

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, particularly in developing client-facing materials
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High adaptability and comfort working with ambiguity
- Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada)
- Experience working in agency, startup, or digital commerce environments
- Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
- Additional language skills are a plus
