Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth . The ideal candidate will have a strong network of decision-makers, a proven track record in selling digital marketing services, and an existing client database or active business relationships that can be leveraged to generate opportunities.
This is a remote, performance-driven role offering a combination of fixed and variable compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Leverage existing client relationships, industry contacts, and networks to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
- Present the agency's digital marketing services, including performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, branding, content, and web solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and proposal presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Requirements
- Thai (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing Agency, Advertising Agency, Media Agency, or related industry.
- Existing client database, active business network, or demonstrable access to potential clients
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
