A proactive and articulate Business Development Executive with expertise in client engagement-retention, revenue generation and strategic insights and who embraces growth and professional development.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals, including targets and KPI assessments.
- Collaborate with leadership and management team to refine BD approaches across service lines and Business Units.
- Track and report on sales performance, conversion rates, and client retention metrics.
Revenue Growth
- Drive selling, cross-selling and upselling initiatives by revisiting sales templates and crafting new pitches for clients.
- Monitor client portfolios and identify opportunities for additional services or product lines.
Lead Generation and Client Engagement
- Identifying potential clients, leads and new sales opportunity.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, both existing and prospective, including past clients.
- Understanding client pains, needs and tailoring value and solutions.
- Address clients requirements & inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours).
Products/Services Selling
- Presenting, promoting, and briefing products/services to potential clients and current clients.
- Negotiating deals and closing sales deals.
- Timely follow-up of open deals.
- Drafting sales materials, infographic content and videos.
- Joining networking event to promote Acclime.
Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets
- Explore effective sales strategy.
- Personal KPI assessment and identifying areas for improvement.
- Setting and exceeding sales targets.
Research, Analysis & Reporting
-Market & Competitor Analysis
- Research and analyze competitor's business model/structure, offerings and pricing.
- Identify potential areas for the introduction of new service lines (BU) or revenue streams.
- Conducting market research and be adept to industry trends.
- Sector, industry, and market entry research and service/product growth.
-Sales Activities Reporting
- Maintain records of sales, networking events, potential leads and deal conversions.
- Conduct basic sales analysis for goal setting and forecasting.
- Preparing and presenting sales reports.
Other Duties
- Support role to Marketing and Business Development team.
- Back Office maintenance of sales records, databases and activities (HubSpot, Ignition, Agility
- and MS List, MS Loop).
- Ad hoc tasks as requested by management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administrative, Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record on lead generation, conversion, client engagement and revenue growth.
- More than 3 years experience in Business Development, Sales and related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity in CRM, HubSpot, and other sales tracking tools
- Professional level proficiency of English and Thai Language, both written and verbal. Chinese is plus.
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
