Job OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development professional to support partnership growth in the Thailand market. This role will be responsible for identifying potential brand partners, managing end-to-end collaboration processes, and working closely with internal teams to deliver effective commercial campaigns.
The ideal candidate has experience in business development, brand partnerships, e-commerce, media sales, or related commercial functions, and is comfortable managing both relationship building and project execution.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Development & Commercial Execution
- Identify and approach potential brand partners, cross-border sellers, and merchants across major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Introduce and present available commercial collaboration opportunities, including advertising placements, content exposure, review collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage the full partnership cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
- Support partners in planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive performance and business outcomes.
2. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with internal content and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on data and results.
- Maintain organized records of partner pipelines, contracts, deliverables, and project timelines.
3. Market Research & Growth Opportunities
- Monitor trends in the Thailand e-commerce market, including competitor activity and brand marketing developments.
- Identify potential business opportunities and propose partnership models or expansion initiatives based on market insights.
QualificationsRequired
- 13 years of experience in business development, sales, brand partnerships, e-commerce, media, KOL/MCN agency, or related fields.
- Good understanding of major e-commerce platforms in Thailand, such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Able to work independently and drive projects from initiation to completion.
Preferred
- Experience working with brands, agencies, MCN networks, content platforms, or digital advertising environments.
- Familiarity with partnership models such as promotional campaigns, advertising sales, affiliate marketing, or brand collaboration.
- Strong interest in content commerce, social commerce, and product review ecosystems.
- English and/or Chinese communication skills would be an advantage.
