We're now looking for a
Business Development Executive in Thailand to drive growth, win new customers, and strengthen our presence in key industries.
What You'll Do
- Identify and win new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate target industries.
- Prepare proposals and quotations with support from engineering, operations, and service teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to support business planning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Experience in Automotive, Electronics, or Industrial Packaging is a plus.
- Thai or Chinese candidates who are native or fluent Chinese speakers, with strong proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Self-motivated, independent, and confident in lead generation.
- Valid driver's license in Thailand.
