Business Development Executive (Urgent)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our market expansion efforts in Thailand. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to establish and grow our industrial product presence, with a clear path to becoming a Country Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
As the local market expert, you will be responsible for driving sales and channel growth across the Thai industrial sector. Your main duties will include:
- Channel Strategy: Develop, establish, and manage comprehensive distribution channels, including industrial supermarkets, hardware/tool stores, wholesalers, distributors, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) end-user enterprises.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of target customers and partners through online research, offline outreach, site visits, and product presentations.
- Key Account Management: Focus on developing and securing key local clients and strategic partners in Thailand, driving complex cooperation projects from initiation to successful implementation.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end cooperation process, including product technical matching, sample testing coordination, quotation negotiation, and order finalization/closing.
- Performance Reporting: Maintain regular, clear communication with China HQ, providing timely reports on customer progress, sales pipeline, and project status.
- Local Representative: Serve as the company's primary local representative in Thailand.
- Market Analysis: Systematically gather and report essential industrial market information, customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Strategic Input: Provide valuable, localized input to the headquarters team to refine marketing strategies, channel development plans, product selection, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven business development or channel expansion experience within the Thai industrial products, hardware, tools, or MRO industry.
- Deep familiarity with the Thai industrial product distribution system, including established knowledge of local supermarket chains, wholesale networks, and distributor ecosystems.
- Client Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and professional relationship management skills with a strong ability to close deals and ensure client follow-up.
- Drive & Autonomy: Highly self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and capable of operating independently to drive efficient client acquisition and market penetration.
- Native-level fluency in Thai is required.
- Basic business communication ability in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage.
