Role Overview:
We are looking for three (3) Business Development Managers to join their global team. These roles are critical in bridging the gap between traditional sports and decentralized gaming, focusing on high-level partnerships, athlete onboarding, and commercial sponsorships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnerships: Secure collaborations with global cricket leagues, clubs, and sports organizations.
- Web3 Integration: Work with blockchain projects and exchanges to expand the token utility and platform reach.
- Athlete Management: Identify and negotiate deals with top-tier cricket players and influencers for exclusive digital collectibles and endorsements.
- Revenue Generation: Drive growth by selling sponsorship packages and commercial opportunities to brands looking to enter the Web3 gaming space.
- Community Expansion: Leverage the Telegram/TON ecosystem to drive user acquisition through strategic B2B hooks.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Business Development or Partnerships, specifically within FinTech, Gaming, or Sports.
- A strong understanding of the cricket landscape (leagues, player value, and fan demographics) is essential.
- Comfortable discussing NFTs, on-chain rewards, and blockchain wallets.
- Must have an existing network in sports agencies, gaming guilds, or crypto venture circles.
- Expert-level negotiation and a startup hustle mindset.
- Thai is a native speaker.
