As a Business Development Executive at AnyMind Thailand, you will be an integral part of our team, focused on supporting the growth of our influencer and digital marketing & E-Commerce business with global clients. You will gain hands-on experience in the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new opportunities to coordinating campaign execution. This role is a foundation for a career in digital sales, where you will build strong client relationships and contribute directly to achieving sales targets.
What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Opportunity Support:
Actively research and support the team in identifying new sales leads and potential business opportunities within the advertising, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce sectors.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to find new target markets and opportunities for growth.
Sales & Client Engagement:
Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in preparing presentations and materials for client pitches and meetings.
Learn to build and maintain initial relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
Campaign Coordination & Execution:
Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Account Managers and campaign specialists, to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Assist with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks to support the sales pipeline and campaign progress.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Support the monitoring of campaign performance and assist in identifying basic data insights.
Help prepare basic reports and presentations on campaign results and market trends for the team.
Upselling & Growth:
Identify potential opportunities to upsell and expand services with existing clients as you gain a deeper understanding of their needs.
Who You Are
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
0-2 years of experience in Presale, Sales Support, Business Development, Account Executive, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
Skills & Knowledge:
Basic or foundational understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing & E-commerce concepts.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Good command of both English and Thai.
Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for data analysis).
Possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
