About the Role (5 Days working)
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities that contribute to the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, market research, prospect engagement, CRM management, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a passion for building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and prospect analysis.
- Generate new leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and self-driven research.
- Engage with marketing-generated leads promptly and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to introduce the company's products and services and generate customer interest.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions based on business needs.
- Effectively communicate product features, value propositions, and promotional offerings to prospective customers.
- Schedule qualified product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and face-to-face meetings for the sales team.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers by successfully navigating organizational structures and gatekeepers.
- Handle customer objections professionally and convert prospects into qualified sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, lead status, call notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM (CE) system.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Achieve individual KPIs, including outbound call targets, qualified leads, meetings booked, and conversion metrics.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Customer Acquisition.
- Experience in a product-based company is preferred.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry will be highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Experience in BPO, KPO, Outbound Sales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Preference may be given to female candidates, based on business requirements and in compliance with applicable employment laws.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Up to 7 LPA + Insurance + 5 Days working + 20%- 25% Annual Performance Bonus
Work Timings
- 9:00 to 5:30 PM
- Saturday and Sunday Holiday.
