Job Summary

This role is responsible for planning and executing sales and marketing strategies for Cell & Molecular Technology products to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The position also manages customer relationships, coordinates with internal teams, and ensures execution aligns with business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Continuously source new relevant products through international exhibitions and online channels as a company representative, and build relationships with overseas partners to expand business opportunities.

Attend local medical/scientific conferences and exhibitions to strengthen technical understanding, update knowledge, and study competitors in the domestic market.

Identify needs and pain points of existing and potential customers to source products that fit requirements and provide practical solutions.

Evaluate commercial feasibility of new products (market pricing, specifications, customer segments, sales potential) to support sales growth.

Communicate and negotiate with overseas partners on distributorship opportunities, sales direction, pricing, and sales support.

Analyze market trends and competitor information to adjust strategies to meet market needs.

Provide initial product information to Sales, Marketing, Support teams, and relevant stakeholders to strengthen product understanding and confidence in overseas partners.

Plan sales promotion activities (discounts, campaigns, special programs) and evaluate results for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Biological Sciences/Medical-related fields (e.g., Medical Technology, Biomedical Science, Pharmacy, etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experience in medical/life science related work.

Research laboratory or basic data analysis experience.

Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
