Job Description

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Ensure the development and maintenance of a customer database for effective identification and segmented targeting of global customers and prospects for IP (Industrial Projects).
  • Drive the sales strategy independently and manage sales activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Define and implement IP Department ISO standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Take ownership of achieving IP customer business targets and KPIs.
  • Lead IP customer meetings and sales visits (both potential and existing clients) and present company capabilities.
  • Identify and develop new sales leads to support business growth.
  • Drive market profiling and conduct customer/competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to ensure sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to IP customers.

Qualification: -

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or a related logistics environment.
  • Strong understanding of the global forwarding industry, including sector dynamics, Industrial Projects, Oil & Gas products, and operational processes.
  • Proven experience in new business development.
  • Ability to identify customer needs, build long-term relationships, and translate requirements into commercial opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
