Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own overall P&L contribution, corridor growth targets, and acquisition funnel optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze transaction volumes, conversion funnels, and partner performance.
  • Lead pricing and exchange rate competitiveness strategy in collaboration with Finance.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing.
  • Serve as senior relationship owner for top banks, MTOs, PSPs, and key fintech partners.
  • Support the Partnerships Lead in high-stakes negotiations (fees, infrastructure, compliance).
  • Ensure compliance with AML/KYC regulations across all partner accounts.
  • Identify new corridor opportunities and expansion markets.
  • Work with Campaign Lead to design digital acquisition, retention, and upsell strategies.
  • Introduce cross-sell opportunities (insurance, wallet, lifestyle services).

Requirement:

  • Bachelor&aposs Degree or higher in Business Admin, Finance, Economic or related field.
  • 8+ year of experience in Business development, Marketing, Sales
  • Experience in eCommerce, Payment and / or Forex industry is a plus
  • Strong balance of data-driven mindset and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience managing teams with diverse functions (analytical + partnerships).
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC frameworks, cross-border regulation, and remittance ecosystems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office; Excel, Power Point, Word.
