Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong consultative mindset and a passion for helping enterprise clients transform their business with AI-driven solutions.
This role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with decision-makers in key enterprise accounts, identifying high-value opportunities, and driving solution adoption to achieve both revenue and customer success targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Engage C-level and business leaders to uncover challenges, design AI-driven solutions, and guide clients through proof-of-concept (POC), pilot, and production phases.
- Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients across financial services, telecom, and other industries to ensure continuous value delivery and expansion.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery) to design and present tailored solutions that address client pain points and business goals.
- Pipeline & Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and strategic KPIs through effective deal qualification, opportunity management, and execution.
- Customer Success Alignment: Work closely with post-sales and customer success teams to ensure smooth implementation, satisfaction, and renewal.
- Market Insight & Positioning: Understand market trends, competition, and customer needs to position the company's AI and automation products effectively.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate resources across departments and regions to deliver world-class experiences to enterprise customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related fields (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B solution sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, automation, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability in consultative selling, complex deal management, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strategic account plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and multicultural environment.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of AI applications (e.g., conversational AI, voice AI, predictive analytics, or process automation).
- Experience in financial services, telecom, or large-enterprise transformation projects.
- Familiarity with solution-based selling frameworks such as MEDDIC, BANT, or Challenger Sales.
- Self-driven, curious, and adaptable eager to learn emerging technologies and build business insights.
