Business Development Manager

Job Purpose:

To work closely with top executive tonu new project. To apply a broad range of creative problem-solving skills, combining technical and analytical excellence to synthesize conclusions into recommendations.

Business Development Manager has to develop foundational and depth knowledge across each of the basic functions (e.g., strategy, business, and finance).

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor market trend and evaluate new business opportunities
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to support expansion initiatives.
• Work with finance and commercial teams to model ROI, P&L, and breakeven projections for new opportunities.
• Track and analyze performance post-launch.
• Working with sales, marketing, operations, IT and other teams to align strategies and ensure successful project execution.
• Communicating progress, results, and strategic plans to internal and external parties.
• Showcasing the value proposition of the company's project to potential partners.

• Understand the IT retails business environment
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Thai
• Strong skills in driving for results and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong skills in people management and development.
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
• Hand-on and attention to details.

Education

• Degree holder in business Administration , Finance , Engineer or relevant subjects;

Experience

• Over 7 years of experience in business development / strategic management from retail business.
