Role Description

Our Thailand office, Connex Information Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd., is seeking a Business Development Manager. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangkok. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new IT channels, IT partners, explore business opportunities and key accounts, build and maintain partner and client relationships, and work collaboratively with partners and clients to achieve growth targets. Responsibilities include partner network development, new channels, market research, strategy development, client presentations, contract negotiation, and closing deals. The role also involves tracking industry trends, organising product and customer forums, and providing insights to improve business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with a leading distributor or principal vendor in the IT industry.
  • Proven expertise in partner network development and channel management is mandatory.
  • A self-driven professional with the ability to work independently, approach IT partners, and develop partner network and channels.
  • Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Experience in the IT industry is mandatory
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
