Overview

Bitazza is looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. This role is key to expanding Bitazza's partner ecosystem and leading initiatives that translate directly into revenue, visibility, and long-term platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partners, and projects for potential collaborations to drive user acquisition and volume growth
  • Take ownership of both new and existing partnership developmentfrom sourcing and negotiation to activation and long-term management.
  • Initiate and construct strategic business plans that align with company goals and growth roadmaps.
  • Design, develop, and execute scalable partner programs and commercial arrangements that drive market expansion and revenue growth.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholdersranging from blockchain foundations, startups, and commercial partners to government agencies, regulators, and associations.
  • Drive implementation of partnership agreements and coordinate commercial terms in collaboration with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, Operations, Tech) and coordinate with external partners to ensure seamless execution and strategic alignment.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regional opportunities to inform strategic positioning and go-to-market activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategypreferably in tech, fintech, or digital assets.
  • Solid understanding or strong interest in blockchain, Web3, and digital finance ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent business negotiation, communication, and presentation skillscomfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Highly adaptive, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM or pipeline tools is a plus.
