What you'll be working on:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new Introducing Brokers (IBs) and MIBs in target markets
- Drive sales and grow client acquisition through strategic business development initiatives
- Maintain strong relationships with partners and assist in increasing net deposit volumes
- Promote our CFD trading products, leverage solutions, and brokerage offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to support IBs with tools and promotional resources
- Monitor industry trends in forex, CFD, and online trading markets to stay competitive
- Attend global and regional events to represent D Prime and grow our broker network
- Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, pipeline, and revenue impact
What we're looking for:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interest in financial markets, trading, or fintech.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a performance-based culture
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively.
