We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Business Development Manager (3 to 5 Years of Experience) to drive B2B sales for Fire Safety Solutions — including Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Public Address & Voice Evacuation Systems, and related ELV/building safety solutions — across Hyderabad and surrounding markets.
Key Responsibilities-
- Generate and develop B2B business opportunities for fire safety and ELV solutions
- Meet consultants, architects, builders, contractors, system integrators, corporates, industries, hospitals, educational institutions, and government clients
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation to order closure
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, product presentations, and demonstrations
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
- Coordinate with pre-sales, design, and technical teams for solution preparation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key customers
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects in the region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, payments, and project execution coordination
Qualifying Criteria-
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fire safety, ELV, security systems, or building automation
- Strong negotiation, client-facing, and team coordination skills
- Solid understanding of fire safety systems, project sales cycles, and tender processes
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Familiarity with OEM brands and fire safety standards is a strong plus
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and quotation/proposal preparation
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, ECE, Mechanical, or related field; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage
