Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job role and responsibilities including but not limited to:

1. Independently develop and manage hotel resources in Thailand.

2. Be responsible for business negotiation and risk cost control of hotel resource procurement, and effectively manage contract signing and execution process.

3. Collect and analyze the local market trend and the pricing across various channels.

4. Formulate effective negotiation strategies for contracts based on the characteristics of hotels in signed areas.

5. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with hotels, and collaborate closely with the headquarters and relevant business departments to improve the profit margin of hotel products.

Qualifications

1. More than 5 years of working experience in the hotel or travel agency industry. Candidates with experience in hotel resource development of B2B distribution platforms, OTA, or large travel agencies are highly desirable.

2. Familiar with the direct procurement business model of Thai hotels, and channel management experience in hotels is preferred.

3. Strong communication and negotiation skill, with high sensitivity to data and an aptitude for identifying key points.

4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English while proficiency in Thai language is a significant advantage.

5. Proactive work attitude, ability to adapt to the overseas work environment, and strong resistance to pressure.
