Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management (Modern Trade)
- Manage and develop relationships with key Modern Trade customers (e.g., supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores)
- Negotiate trading terms, promotions, and listing agreements
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf placement
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
2. Distributor Management
- Appoint, manage, and evaluate distributor performance
- Ensure effective stock management, order fulfillment, and distribution coverage
- Work closely with distributors to execute sales plans, promotions, and market expansion
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide guidance to improve performance
3. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities, including new accounts and market expansion
- Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and trade activities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize performance
4. In-store Execution & Merchandising
- Ensure proper execution of promotions and trade marketing activities
- Monitor product display, pricing, and competitor activities in stores
- Coordinate with merchandising teams to maintain brand visibility
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
- Align demand planning to ensure product availability
- Support new product launches in MT and distributor channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Key Account or Sales, preferably in FMCG or food industry
- Strong experience in Modern Trade (MT) and/or distributor management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
