Business Development Manager - Forging & Heat Treatment ASEAT

As the Business Development Manager- Forging & Heat Treatment ASEAT is to develop new opportunities for Forging & Heat Treatment by managing all elements of Forging & Heat Treatment products and services into new targeted market segments/product lines achieving year over year growth consistent with the companys overall goals and objectives in South East Asia.

What will you do

• Develop and implement strategic business plans that will generate growth, increase market share and achieve company sales and gross margin targets.

- Support commercial team to find out and funnel good prospect forging & heat treatment business opportunity.

• Identifying new opportunities and accounts in the targeted market segments and establish programs and relationships to create product and service demand.

- Support team leader to develop the forging &heat treatment product family and manager the forging & heat treatment product development with the market conditions

• Prepare and create customer presentations, proposals and commercial offers that demonstrates the benefits QHs solutions based approach can offer.

- Work closely with related teams to prepare and create good value proposal for customer to demonstrate Value Proposition.

• Coordinate and manage full turnkey projects from initial concept through to commissioning.

- Have rich forging & heat treatment application experience to support commercial team during the whole process.

• Aids in the transfer of technology and best practices through all the organization, and conducts internal training and customer presentations
• Attend and participate in conferences and trade shows as appropriate
• Utilize CRM to manage business and daily activity properly.

What do we look for

• Education: Degree or recognized qualification in Chemistry, Engineering, Sales or any business-related area
• Experience: 5+ years experience of forging industry knowledge and product chemistry; 5+ years proven Business Development experience in related market
• Languages: Fluent English is a must. Local Thai is a must.
• Location: Remote role within Thailand.
