Job Description

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities through market expansion, strategic partnerships, channel development, and new product initiatives
  • Drive sustainable sales growth across both new product launches and existing portfolio, including effective sales planning, market penetration, and revenue optimization
  • Lead portfolio strategy and lifecycle management, ensuring continuous growth and performance enhancement of existing products alongside successful commercialization of new offerings
  • Evaluate and assess potential new product lines, working closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement
  • Develop and execute business development and marketing plans to support sustainable revenue growth and market leadership
  • Drive profitability and financial performance, including pricing strategy, margin optimization, and cost-efficiency initiatives
  • Define and strengthen product positioning and value proposition to ensure competitive differentiation and market leadership
  • Lead and support product launch activities, including market assessment, launch planning, go-to-market execution, and post-launch performance tracking
  • Implement Product Launch Readiness processes, including market research, regulatory preparation, commercial planning, and sales enablement
  • Ensure alignment and execution of regional strategies and policies, translating them into effective local implementation plans
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, business partners, and key stakeholders
  • Manage channel partners and distributors to ensure effective market penetration and successful commercialization of products
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for business expansion
  • Assess business risks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives
  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams to ensure organizational alignment, capability development, and execution excellence in line with company direction
  • Identify new growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to the General Manager
  • Lead or support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or related fields
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Commercial roles within the healthcare industry, with a strong track record in driving business growth
  • At least 5–7 years of leadership experience, managing commercial, business development, or product management teams, with demonstrated ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proven experience in driving both revenue growth and profitability, including portfolio management, pricing strategy, and market expansion
  • Strong experience in product launch, market development, and lifecycle management, covering both new product introduction and growth of existing portfolio
  • Experience working within a regional or multinational environment, with the ability to align and execute regional strategies at the local market level
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial plans
  • Demonstrated ability to define and drive product positioning, value proposition, and competitive strategy in the healthcare market
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to drive organizational alignment and team performance
  • Experience in Medical Devices, Oncology, Cardiovascular, or related healthcare sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
