Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities through product development and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute sales plans, channels, and customer targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Manage sales budgets and achieve assigned financial targets.
- Provide market and competitor insights to shape pricing strategies and maximize profitability.
- Recommend innovative products and services to meet evolving market demands.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (Actuarial, Marketing, Underwriting, Compliance, Operations) to successfully launch projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Insurance, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, or related field within the Insurance industry.
- Innovative, analytical-minded, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written) is required.
