Responsibilities
New Partnerships & Business Development:
- Develop and execute business strategies for investment products, including mutual funds, equities, bonds, ETF, and gold. Deliver world-class presentations and communicate effectively with executives, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, banks, securities companies, asset management companies, and technology companies.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams that are aligned with TrueMoney's client base and market proposition.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, identify user needs, and create product and partnership strategy.
Project Leadership:
- Drive the execution of approved business deals by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Oversee the end-to-end process, from product development and operational setup to launch and performance monitoring.
- Address and resolve complex business challenges with innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, and finance to ensure alignment with the company's goals and vision.
- Co-drive users, sales and revenue generation with commercial and marketing teams through effective go-to-market strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or engineering or related fields
- Preferred 3-5 years experience in fintech firms, banking, securities, or related companies
- Experience working with investment products or retail banking products
- Strong written and verbal communications in both Thai and English
- Be a good team player with enthusiasm and energetic drive
- Excellent soft-skills, strong conceptual, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- Be proactive and possess growth mindset, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn new thing
- Be able to lead cross-functional team players and manage end-to-end projects in a timely manner when needed
- Data analytics tools (such as Google Big Query or Mixpanel) skill is a plus
