As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our client base and deepening relationships across corporate and government sectors. You'll work closely with clients to understand their goals and craft high-impact training and transformation programs that meet real business needs.
This is a strategic, client-facing role, perfect for someone passionate about learning, innovation, and shaping the future of work.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and government clients.
- Promote and sell training programs, innovation and people management training, and other customized learning solutions.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with decision-makers (HR, L&D, innovation teams, etc.).
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase program value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-design solutions that meet client goals.
- Stay informed on trends in corporate learning, future of work, and innovation.
- Ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership through regular follow-ups and proactive support.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, consultation, or other client-facing roles, ideally in the training, consulting, or innovation sector.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage relationships with corporate and/or government clients.
- Experience in selling or managing leadership, people development, or transformation programs is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Growth mindset with the confidence to take on big challenges and learn continuously.
- Able to work occasionally on weekends when training programs are scheduled.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Thai and English.
