Business Development Manager (Bangkok | Hybrid | Full-Time)

At Yes to Germany, we don't rely on passive marketing, we build high-performing partnerships that consistently generate student enrollments. Your job is to go out, find those partners, and turn them into revenue.

Location & Work Setup
- Based in Bangkok- Wannasorn building phaya- thai
- 3 days in office + external meetings across the city
- 40 hours per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and close partnerships with schools, agencies, language centers, and student recruiters
- Build a strong pipeline and convert partners into active enrollment channels
- Meet partners in person across Thailand and drive deals forward
- Negotiate and structure win-win commercial agreements
- Own your numbersthis role is target-driven
Your Target
- Generate 60 enrolled students in 2026 through your partnerships
- Build a reliable partner network that produces consistent monthly enrollments
Compensation
- Base Salary: 30,000thb
- 200,000 THB yearly bonus for hitting targets
- High upside for performers
Who You Are
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Proven in sales / business development / partnerships
- You are a closer, not just a relationship manager
- Comfortable with rejection, follow-ups, and pushing deals forward
- Highly self-motivated and results-obsessed
Role Details
- Hybrid: 3 days in office + field work across Bangkok
- 40 hours per week
- Regular travel within the country
