Job Title: Business Development Manager / Senior Manager

We are hiring a driven Business Development professional to grow our customer base and strengthen relationships with multinational and large corporate clients across Southeast Asia. This role reports directly to senior leadership and offers significant exposure and responsibility within a lean, fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing high-value B2B clients.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with C-level executives.
- Develop channel partner networks to expand sales reach.
- Take ownership of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Represent the company in industry associations and networking forums.
- Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in high-value B2B sales/BD, engaging with senior decision-makers.
- Proven track record in the renewable energy sector - particularly solar projects and Power Purchase Agreements (PPA).
- Strong ability to build long-term client relationships at executive level.
- Fluent in Thai; proficient in English (spoken & written).
- Entrepreneurial mindset: adaptable, accountable, and able to work independently in a small team.
