Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for driving business growth across Property & Asset Management services in Thailand by developing existing client relationships, securing new opportunities, and leading commercial negotiations with a strong focus on financial performance, profitability, and long-term client partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Drive business growth by developing new and existing clients across Property & Facilities Management services.
  • Manage end-to-end business development activities, including cold calling, client meetings, RFPs, tenders, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Lead commercial structuring, including pricing, P&L review, cost analysis, and preparation of BTRs for management approval.
  • Expand existing client portfolios by identifying scope expansion, renewals, and provide additional opportunities to strengthenilong-term partnerships.
  • Monitor client KPIs, service performance, and contract compliance, working closely with operations teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Represent Cushman & Wakefield in client presentations, site visits, and strategic discussions to build trust, credibility, and brand presence.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management; exposure to property or facilities management is highly preferred.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, with hands-on experience in P&L, pricing models, cost management, and numerical analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage both hunting (new clients) and farming (existing accounts) effectively.
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a target-driven, client-facing environment.
