Key Responsibilities
- Develop and present a go-to-market strategy by analysing market opportunities, customer needs, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations and vendor networks.
- Take ownership of proposal preparation and presentations, working closely with internal technical experts.
- Engage and navigate clients decision-making processes, ensuring alignment and approvals through to contract signing.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, maintaining clear communication with internal teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and technical departments on feasibility studies and contract execution.
- Support marketing initiatives, project coordination, and other business-related activities when required.
Key Requirements
- 810 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within the water or environmental solutions sector.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Business-related fields.
- Proven success in managing long and complex sales cycles with multinational corporations.
- Strong track record in deal closure, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Existing network with manufacturing, engineering, or procurement functions in major corporations is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of process and wastewater treatment technologies (e.g., ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis).
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within Thailand and the region.
