The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales / New Business Development person to join our team in Bangkok. You'll work side by side with our founder, as his business development partner in the field. You'll prospect, pitch, write proposals, and build relationships — but you'll also be hands-on with content, recording social media on the road and coordinating credentials with our marketing team. This is a role for someone who can do more than just sell — you bring energy, presence, and initiative to everything you do.

 

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage a regional pipeline of new business opportunities across Southeast Asia.
  • Travel with the founder to client meetings, pitches, and industry events.
  • Write compelling proposals and credentials decks.
  • Record social media content on the road — capturing real moments from real meetings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to adapt and produce client-facing credentials.
  • Represent Square44 with confidence, charm, and genuine passion for brand.

Who You Are

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships — ideally in branding, marketing, or FMCG.
  • You have the energy that makes people want to be in the room with you.
  • A natural talker who can also write — proposals, emails, decks and presentations.
  • Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines (this is super important)
  • Comfortable on camera and confident creating content.
  • Smart, strategic, and organized — you don't need hand-holding.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ready to travel regularly across the region.
  • Fluent in English.
